The room was well-appointed with comfortable beds and an impressive bathroom. Room service was available with a diverse menu and the restaurant offered excellent vegetarian and non-vegetarian options with a satisfactory buffet. the staff was exceedingly responsive, attentive, and dedicated to offering exceptional service, elevating the experience.

Although the ambiance offered a good stay, road noise and music from adjacent restro bars could be heard late into the night. the curtains were not sufficient, allowing sunlight into the room in the early morning.

the well appointed rooms were comfortable with a high standard bathroom, good size and plenty of choices on the room service and restaurant menus, with a very good value buffet. The staff were attentive, responsive, and cheerful especially Jang, who provided exceptional service.

The hotel's food is appetizing, but that's about the only good thing. The hotel's small, dingy rooms, dirty bathrooms and linens aren't suitable for couples and families. The hotel staff seems to have cleanliness issues, which is discomforting for guests.

The hotel is situated in a noisy location, adjacent to a pub, making it difficult for guests to sleep peacefully.

The food at the hotel was quite delicious and tasty. I enjoyed it very much. the hotel's location was great and very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The hotel was not clean at all. The rooms were not properly maintained, and the bed linen was not fresh.
